Return & Refund Policy

At Kivie Sora, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
The product must be returned in its original condition, without stains, makeup marks, perfume, damage or alterations.
Products purchased directly from the Kivie Sora website are eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow the applicable payment gateway or bank processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Any applicable shipping or return charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product and size availability.

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size.
Only one exchange request may be made per order.
If the required size is unavailable, you may be offered a refund.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, Kivie Sora will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Products with stains, makeup, perfume or other signs of use.
Items specifically marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, contact Kivie Sora within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the request.

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

7. Return Inspection

All returned products are subject to a quality inspection. Kivie Sora reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in this policy.
